1Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and TampaOF LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of FakePanties.com (the "Site") and your purchase of simulated used panties and related novelty items (the "Products").

By accessing the Site or purchasing Products, you affirm you are 18 or older and agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Site.

2User representations

You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase adult novelty items, and you assume all risks of use. The Company makes no representations about Product suitability, safety, or effects. You agree that Products will only be shipped to individuals who are 18 or older, or otherwise of legal age to receive novelty adult products in their jurisdiction.

3Purchases & payments

All sales are final — no refunds or exchanges. Products are sold "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You agree that all payments are non-refundable. (See our Refund Policy for the limited replacement exception on undelivered orders.)

4Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, purchase of Products, or any related claims — including but not limited to health, emotional, or financial harm. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product. You waive all claims against the Company.

5Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or Products, or your breach of these Terms.

6Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

7Severability & changes

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. We may update these Terms from time to time; your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
