Agreement to Terms These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and TampaOF LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of FakePanties.com (the "Site") and purchase of simulated used panties (the "Products"). Products are novelty adult items, fake and for entertainment only—no real use or fluids involved.

By accessing the Site or purchasing Products, you affirm you are 18+ and agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Site.

User Representations You represent you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase adult novelty items. You assume all risks of use. Company makes no representations about Product suitability, safety, or effects. You agree Products will only be shipped to individuals who are 18+ or of legal age to receive novelty adult products in their jurisdiction.

Purchases and Payments All sales final. No refunds or exchanges. Products sold "AS IS" without warranties, express or implied. You agree payments are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company, its affiliates, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Site use, Product purchase, or any related claims, including but not limited to health, emotional, or financial harm. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Product. You waive all claims against Company.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, Products, or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law These Terms governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict principles. Any disputes resolved exclusively in Hillsborough County, Florida courts.

Severability If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect.

Changes to Terms We may update Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
