Refund & Returns Policy
All sales are final — but if your order arrives damaged, wrong, or not at all, we’ll make it right.
1Final sale
Due to the personal nature of the products we ship, all sales are final and we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind once an order is placed.
2No returns
For hygiene and privacy reasons, we do not accept returns — items can’t be restocked or resold once shipped.
3Damaged, defective & wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund — your choice.
4Undelivered orders
We stand behind delivery. If USPS tracking shows your order was not delivered, we’ll resend one replacement at no cost. If the replacement also fails to arrive, we’ll refund your order in full.
