Shipping Policy

1Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day of payment. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day. Custom and personalized items may need an extra 1–2 business days.
2Delivery time
We ship via USPS with tracking. Standard delivery typically arrives 2–5 business days after your order ships — roughly 3–7 business days total from purchase. Estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays can occasionally add time.
3Shipping cost & coverage
Shipping is free on every order. We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
4Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn’t updated within 5 business days, contact us and we’ll look into it.
5Discreet packaging
All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with a discreet sender name. No product names, no logos, and no mention of FakePanties.com anywhere on the outside of the package.
6Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at purchase. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment.
7Lost or undelivered packages
If USPS tracking confirms your order was not delivered, we’ll send one replacement at no cost — see our Refund Policy for details. For any delivery issue, email us and we’ll make it right.
